‘Spanish Indulgence’ at Finca Cortesin Hotel & Spa

‘The pool is just a lazy step from my sun lounger, glittering with the same dramatic blues as the Mediterranean Sea. Even in November its saltwater makes for a refreshing dip. Overhead. a spotless sky eventually meets the jagged peaks of the Sierra Bermeja, burnt-umber in colour with indigo shadows. Soon I'll make the short walk to the pool restaurant and browse the open counters for the catch of the day’.
